Strategic financial business leader responsible for developing and implementing property-wide financial strategies that align with brand initiatives and maximize return on investment. Provides financial expertise to enable successful brand service strategy execution while creating and executing business plans focused on financial and accounting activities and delivering desirable financial results.
Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related field with 2 years professional experience, or Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting
Strategic financial planning and decision-making expertise including budget development, forecasting, and financial analysis
Leadership experience managing finance and accounting teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of accounting controls, audit processes, and regulatory compliance
Understanding of cash flow management and stakeholder communication
