Finance Business Partner – Financial Planning & Analysis

Finance Business Partner supporting plant operations through FP&A, headcount cost management, and operational business partnering. Responsible for monthly forecasting, variance analysis, budget control, and financial insights across manufacturing, logistics, quality, supply chain, and G&A departments.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3-6 years of finance experience including FP&A exposure
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel proficiency
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
Arabic language proficiency strongly preferred
