Accounts Payable role responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing payment vouchers, and maintaining accurate AP records. Duties include invoice verification, payment processing, reconciliation of AP balances, and coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
Key Requirements
Process and verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving reports
Maintain accurate AP records and reconcile balances with General Ledger
Operate accounting software to record and analyze financial information
Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier payments via multiple methods
Prepare AP aging reports and support cash flow planning
