Head of Finance

Lead the finance organization and drive financial planning, reporting, and control processes for a fast-growing company. Partner with executive leadership to develop financial strategy, ensure robust governance, and support growth initiatives across accounting, FP&A, treasury, and financial operations.
Key Requirements
10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior finance leadership roles
Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial planning & analysis, treasury, tax, and audit processes
Proven experience leading month-end/quarter-end/year-end close, consolidations, and external audits
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel
Demonstrated ability to build and mentor diverse teams and influence cross-functionally
Seniority Level: C-Level
