Senior Director, Investment Analysis – Real Estate

Lead investment analysis and underwriting for a diversified real estate portfolio, evaluating acquisition opportunities, conducting complex financial modeling, and providing investment recommendations to senior leadership. Drive portfolio optimization and value creation through robust financial, commercial, and market analysis across residential, commercial, and development sectors.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred
Significant experience in investment analysis, real estate investment, corporate finance, or private equity
Advanced financial modeling expertise including DCF, NPV, IRR, sensitivity and scenario analysis
Demonstrated experience evaluating complex real estate transactions, developments, and large-scale investment portfolios
CFA, CPA, CAIA, FRM, or similar professional certification highly desirable
