Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes that support strategic decision-making. The role involves managing annual budgets, conducting variance analysis, developing financial models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.

Key Requirements

➜ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
➜ 7+ years of FP&A or similar experience, preferably in large-scale projects or entertainment sector
➜ Advanced certifications (CMA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
➜ Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
➜ Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
