Head of Finance

First in-house finance leader role for a high-growth, consumer-focused digital business. Responsible for building financial structure, strategic planning, and establishing robust controls while partnering with executive leadership on key business decisions. Will design finance systems from the ground up in a remote-first environment.

Key Requirements

➜ 5-10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or operational finance roles in high-growth or startup environments
➜ Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning
➜ Proven experience managing inventory-heavy or product-based financial operations
➜ Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
➜ Strong accounting foundation with CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
