Success Plan Manager – SAP Academy for Services & Consulting

A graduate-level development program role within SAP’s Academy for Services & Consulting where Success Plan Manager Associates will complete a structured 12-month learn-and-apply program supporting customers in adopting and optimizing SAP solutions. The role involves developing success plans, supporting customer engagement, and collaborating across SAP delivery and architecture teams to help customers realize value from their SAP investments.

Key Requirements

➜ STEM degree or equivalent technology experience
➜ 1-3 years experience as Functional/Technical Consultant or in project management
➜ Hands-on exposure to solution implementation, integrations, and cloud/modernization patterns
➜ SAP solution architecture knowledge (S/4HANA, HANA, SAP BTP, Cloud/SaaS)
➜ Strong communication and customer-facing skills with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
