Analysis & Support Lead
Riyad Bank
Manage sales target setting and performance tracking for Affluent Banking segment across all regions. Monitor team performance, conduct variance analysis, and oversee support activities including NPS, mystery shopper, and campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with multiple departments on quarterly target setting and scorecard distribution.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Analysis & Statistics, Economics, or Accounting
10+ years relevant banking experience
5+ years in progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
Strong performance analysis and variance analysis skills
Good English language proficiency
