The role involves a structured 12-month learning program where graduates will develop into trusted advisors managing customer success plans, governance, and value realization. This entry-level position offers progressive responsibility with hands-on experience in customer engagement, solution implementation, and SAP’s integrated toolchain.
Key Requirements
STEM degree or equivalent technology experience
1-3 years as Functional/Technical Consultant or project management experience
Knowledge of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, HANA, SAP BTP, Cloud/SaaS)
Strong communication and customer-facing skills with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Hands-on exposure to solution implementation, integrations, and cloud/modernization patterns
