Customer Success Manager – Procurement

SAP seeks a Customer Success Manager for Procurement solutions to drive customer value realization and business outcomes through account management and consumption strategies. The role involves developing account strategies, building customer relationships, monitoring SLA performance, and identifying expansion opportunities across the customer lifecycle.

Key Requirements

➜ 10+ years of experience in customer engagement management, commercial experience, or account management
➜ Previous experience with Procurement and Fieldglass solution (mandatory)
➜ Strong Procurement Line of Business specific experience
➜ Customer relationship management expertise and complex account management capability
➜ Saudi National preferred in accordance with Saudization mandates
