The role involves assessing customer creditworthiness, managing customer accounts, monitoring collections performance, and leading a credit team to ensure adherence to credit policies and achieve collection targets.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
5-7 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable
Minimum 2 years in supervisory or team leadership role
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and collection processes
