Financial Planning & Modeling Analyst

Seeking a Financial Planning & Modeling Analyst to develop financial models, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare budgets/forecasts for large-scale real estate and development projects. The role supports investment decisions and strategic growth across multiple departments including Finance, Treasury, and Executive Management.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
3-7 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Modeling, or Real Estate Finance
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility studies experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
