Project Accounting Manager
Confidential Government
Lead financial management of real estate development and construction projects with responsibility for project cost accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and IFRS/SOCPA compliance. Partner with Development, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure strong financial governance throughout the project lifecycle. Manage a Project Accounting team with 8-12 years of experience required, including 5+ years in construction accounting.
Key Requirements
8-12 years accounting and finance experience with minimum 5 years in Project or Construction Accounting
Proven experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, Infrastructure, or Commercial Development projects
Strong knowledge of project cost control, CWIP accounting, capitalization, budgeting, forecasting, and IFRS compliance
Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with Power BI experience preferred
