Chief Accountant responsible for translating Jayasom’s strategy into actionable financial programs while ensuring proper structure, operational policies, and compliance. Role involves leading the finance department, preparing budgets and financial reports, maintaining financial records, and developing financial processes aligned with company policies and local regulations.
Key Requirements
Assist Director of Finance with budget preparation and financial reporting
Analyze and maintain financial information including assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and tax liability
Develop and implement financial processes, policies and procedures compliant with local laws
Lead and manage finance team members with clear role definition and performance feedback
Ensure ethical financial operations in accordance with local legal requirements
