Strategic Director of Finance for Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team, reporting to General Manager. Responsible for all finance functions including accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial counsel to senior leadership. Leads team recruitment, development, and supports pre-opening activities and business transformation initiatives.
Key Requirements
Extensive experience in hotel finance leadership or similar luxury hospitality environment
Strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls
Deep knowledge of local Saudi regulations and GAAP compliance requirements
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop finance teams
Strategic business partnership skills and experience with pre-opening hotel operations
