Leads engagement teams, ensures SLA/OLA compliance, and drives quality improvement initiatives while mentoring team members.
Key Requirements
Qualified Accountant with 8+ years experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting
3+ years people management experience leading teams
5+ years total experience
Strong understanding of financial reporting processes, risk and controls
Proficiency in procure-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash, and general ledger functions
