Key Requirements
10-15 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in real estate or investment companies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Strong experience in accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
Knowledge of Saudi accounting regulations and corporate finance practices
Leadership and mentoring capabilities for finance staff
