Seasoned Financial Controller for a large healthcare organization in Riyadh, responsible for maintaining financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. Leadership of finance department with oversight of Oracle ERP systems, IFRS reporting, and cash management operations.
Key Requirements
15+ years progressive financial management experience in large-scale operations
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred
Full bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and extensive Oracle ERP hands-on experience
Proven leadership and team management capabilities with ZATCA, Tax, and VAT compliance knowledge
