Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
4-7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles
Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred
Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
