Strategic financial business leader for a hotel property who develops and implements property-wide financial strategies to maximize return on investment and deliver brand service strategy. Responsible for strategic planning, financial analysis, budget creation, team leadership, and stakeholder management while ensuring strong accounting controls and profitability.
Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or related field, with 3+ years experience (or Master’s degree with 1+ year experience)
Strategic planning and financial analysis expertise including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Leadership capability to manage finance teams and influence executive decision-making
Strong knowledge of accounting controls, risk management, and regulatory/audit processes
Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships and present financial concepts clearly
