Strategic financial business leader responsible for developing and implementing property-wide financial strategies that align with brand initiatives and maximize return on investment. Oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and leads finance teams while ensuring strong accounting controls and regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field; 3+ years finance experience OR Master’s degree with 1+ year experience
Strategic planning and financial analysis expertise with ability to develop business plans and forecasts
Leadership skills to manage finance teams and influence executive decision-making
Strong knowledge of accounting controls, audit processes, and financial reporting
Cash flow management and working capital management experience
