Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field with 3+ years experience, or Master’s degree with 1+ year experience
Strategic planning and financial forecasting expertise
Leadership skills to manage finance teams and influence executive decision-making
Strong knowledge of accounting controls, audit processes, and regulatory requirements
Cash flow management and working capital optimization experience
