Information regarding refund eligibility and access to course materials at The Financeer.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of course purchase.
- Refund requests submitted after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
- Refunds apply only to course purchases made directly through our website.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team and include your full name, email address used for registration, course name, and the reason for the refund request. Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Access to Downloadable Materials
Downloadable materials—including presentation slides, Excel files, practice questions, flashcards, case studies, and exam practice materials—will only become available for download after 3 days from the purchase date, once the refund period has ended.
This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and course materials.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Refund requested after 7 days from purchase
- Course completed or certificate issued
- Abuse of refund policy
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
Policy Changes
The Financeer reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, and any changes will be published on this page.
