Finance Director / Chief Accountant

A strategic finance leader role overseeing financial operations, planning, and business transformation for a heavy manufacturing and metals company in Jeddah. The position requires deep operational understanding of factory operations, manufacturing costs, and industrial financial management, with responsibilities including financial modeling, cost optimization, SAP ERP management, and IPO readiness support.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA) preferred
5+ years of experience with proven expertise in heavy industry, manufacturing plants, metals, or industrial operations
Advanced proficiency with SAP ERP (FI/CO) and strong Power BI dashboard development skills
Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and manufacturing cost accounting
IPO, capital markets, or corporate restructuring experience highly preferred
