Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
8 years of experience with 2+ years in managerial role
CPA/CMA certification (preferred)
Advanced expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Proficiency with ERP/finance systems and regulatory compliance
