Director Finance & Asset Performance Film Studios

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Director Finance & Asset Performance to oversee financial management and asset performance of film studio facilities. The role involves driving financial strategies, managing budgets, forecasting, and analyzing asset performance metrics while collaborating with operational and commercial teams. The successful candidate will lead financial planning, develop financial models, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a high-performing team.

Key Requirements

➜ 12-15 years of experience in finance, asset management, or related fields, preferably in film, media, or entertainment
➜ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
➜ Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and asset performance management
➜ Proven leadership and team management experience with excellent stakeholder management skills
➜ Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
