Senior Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis
Qiddiya Investment Company
Lead project controls and financial governance across assigned projects or portfolios with responsibility for contract management, budget oversight, cost monitoring, and risk assessment. Provide strategic financial insight, strengthen control frameworks, and support senior leadership decision-making through data integrity, financial close activities, and cross-functional liaison.
Key Requirements
8+ years experience in Project Controls or Development Finance at large construction/developer/PMC firms
Working knowledge or certification in project tools (Primavera P6, Unifier, SAP)
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Professional certifications preferred (CPA, MBA, PMP, RICS Construction Law)
Strong contract management, budget control, and variance analysis expertise
