Strategic financial business leader for a hotel property responsible for developing and implementing property-wide financial strategies that maximize return on investment and support brand service delivery. Provides financial expertise, creates annual business plans aligned with property and brand strategy, and leads finance teams while ensuring strong accounting controls and regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related field with 3+ years experience, OR Master’s degree with 1+ year experience
Strategic planning and financial analysis capabilities including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis
Leadership experience managing finance teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of accounting controls, internal/external audit processes, and regulatory requirements
Experience with cash flow management and stakeholder communication
