Supports day-to-day execution of general ledger processes including account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Manages accounting teams, develops and mentors employees, and ensures compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or related field, OR 2-year degree with 2+ years accounting experience
Proficiency with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial software
Knowledge of account receivable posting, write-off procedures, and deposit procedures
Leadership and team management experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
