Strategic financial leader for a Marriott property responsible for developing and implementing property-wide financial strategies, managing budgets, and leading finance teams. Provides financial expertise to support brand service strategy execution while maximizing return on investment and delivering financial results aligned with property and brand business objectives.
Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field; 3+ years finance/accounting experience (or Master’s degree with 1+ year experience)
Strategic planning and financial decision-making expertise with ability to develop business plans and analyze financial data
Strong leadership skills to manage finance teams, conduct performance appraisals, and influence executive decisions
Budget development, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis capabilities
Knowledge of accounting controls, audit processes, and financial reporting requirements
