Key Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
Proficiency with general ledger, subsidiary ledger, and accounting systems
Knowledge of account balancing, reconciliation, and reporting procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of fraud procedures, tax compliance, and financial controls
