Finance Assistant Manager – Venues

Finance Assistant Manager responsible for daily revenue assurance, inventory and COGS governance, cost structure management, and financial controls across venues. Role includes POS reconciliation, monthly closing support, cost optimization initiatives, and compliance with audit requirements for a hospitality/venues operation.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
7-10 years of finance/accounting experience with strong hospitality/venues exposure
Hands-on experience with POS controls, daily sales reconciliation, and revenue assurance
Strong understanding of inventory, COGS, menu/recipe costing, and margin drivers
Advanced Excel skills and ERP/hospitality system experience; CPA/ACCA/CMA/SOCPA preferred
