Key Requirements
5+ years of finance or accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in finance/accounting
Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
Experience with accounting systems, ERP software, and financial controls
