Seasoned Financial Controller for a market-leading healthcare organization in Riyadh, responsible for maintaining financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. Role includes leading the finance department, overseeing Oracle ERP systems, and ensuring adherence to IFRS standards and KSA regulations including ZATCA and VAT requirements.
Key Requirements
15+ years of progressive financial management experience in large-scale operations
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and extensive Oracle ERP experience
Fully bilingual (Arabic and English) mandatory
Proven leadership capabilities and ability to manage complex problem-solving in fast-paced environments
