Purpose
This Code of Conduct establishes expectations for user behavior and interactions on The Financeer Academy’s platform. By participating in our courses and using our services, you agree to adhere to the guidelines set forth below.
Respectful Communication Guidelines
Professionalism
Communicate with respect and professionalism in all interactions with fellow learners, instructors, and staff. Use appropriate language and maintain a courteous tone.
Constructive Feedback
Provide feedback in a constructive and respectful manner. Critiques should be focused on ideas or work, not individuals.
Inclusivity
Embrace diversity and ensure that all interactions are inclusive and free from discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or any other characteristic.
Prohibited Behaviors
Harassment
Any form of harassment, including verbal abuse, threats, or unwelcome advances, is strictly prohibited. This includes harassment based on race, gender, sexuality, or other personal attributes.
Cheating and Plagiarism
Engaging in cheating, plagiarism, or any form of dishonest behavior is not tolerated. This includes using unauthorized resources during assessments, copying others’ work, or presenting someone else’s ideas as your own.
Misuse of Platform
Unauthorized access, tampering with, or abuse of the platform or its features is prohibited. This includes attempting to access accounts or data without permission.
Consequences for Violating the Code
- Warnings: For minor infractions, users may receive a formal warning and will be advised on how to correct their behavior.
- Suspension: Repeated or severe violations may result in a temporary suspension of access to the platform while the issue is investigated.
- Termination: Persistent or serious breaches of the Code of Conduct may lead to permanent termination of access to the platform and services, with no refund issued.
- Legal Action: In cases of unlawful behavior, The Financeer Academy reserves the right to pursue legal action as deemed necessary.
Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report any violations of this Code of Conduct to reporting@financeeracademy.com. Reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly.
Policy Updates
The Financeer Academy reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct as needed. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the course platform.
